These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bons platform. By registering an account or accessing any bons service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before you play.
Important points every bons player should know before reading the full terms
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bons. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines. bons will verify your age during the KYC process and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21.
Each player is permitted to hold only one bons account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by bons are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bons Login credentials. bons will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact bons support immediately and change your password.
bons prohibits fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of bons that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bons platform (including the website at bons.cc, the bons Casino, bons Slot, bons Bingo, and the bons sportsbook), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bons Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bons platform and close your account. Continued use of bons following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on bons, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
bons reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bons may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each player may hold only one (1) bons account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. bons employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, bons may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. bons will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bons Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bons will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
bons accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the bons platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bons account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bons targets the following processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) within one (1) business day. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — processing may be delayed during periods of high volume or pending KYC review.
bons reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud. In such cases, bons may request additional documentation and may delay processing until the review is complete.
All transactions on bons are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player and will be applied by the relevant payment provider.
bons offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
bons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
All games available on bons — including live casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All bons casino games and slot titles use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous results or by bons.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, bons will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bons reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. bons's decision in such matters is final.
Sports betting odds on bons are set by bons at its sole discretion. bons reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error. Winnings on voided bets will not be paid and the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bons platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

All content on the bons platform — including but not limited to the bons logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bons or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bons platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any bons content; reverse-engineer or decompile any bons software; use any bons trademark or branding without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on bons content.
Any unauthorized use of bons intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bons, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bons platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or unauthorized access to your account.
bons's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bons account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The bons platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bons makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use bons at your own risk.
bons reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bons will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the bons platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the bons platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using bons and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and bons, you agree to first contact bons customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. bons will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the parties agree to follow PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures before initiating court proceedings.
